  1. My experience with the attendants at the store was great. Joe took time to walk me through the different drills they were selling. I decided to buy a rigid drill because it had a lifetime warranty. It is still serving me very well.

  2. I’m not a happy customer of Home Depot. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes, and the attendant ended up delivering the wrong product. But, LESLIE STANDS OUT!!! It is located at 75-09 Woodhaven Blvd., NY 11385. He took the time to help me find the best supplies. The attendant had a lot of knowledge about the products.

  3. I appreciate the experience at the Home Depot store in midland, Michigan. I was looking for paint which I bought from their paint department. Michele was highly experienced in handling the paints. She was even able to handle several customers at a time

Recently I turned a garage into a family room ,spending a large sum of money.was well pleased with everything,drove past 2 Lowe’s to get to Home Depot.after a flood I remodeled my kitchen went to Home Depot to order a gas range we were out of delivery range .i said I would pick it up, the manager said he would not order it because it may get scratched or damaged,So off to Lowe’s they ordered it and I picked it up!
    Well the wife wanted a new refergerator
    The same senerio at Home Dot,off to Lowe’s they had a fridge in the warehouses loaded her up and off to the house,the ice makers was not functioning,immediately they sent a crew and swapped it out!
    After 25 years of loyalty I am a Lowe’s shopper now!

  6. I have to believe very few customers do this 1) because they won’t take the time and 2) the process to leave feedback is like an obstacle course. I had a very positive employee interaction with Ashley T. at the Home Depot in Duluth Minnesota. She was very professional, energetic, respectful, cheerful and helpful.   8. My experience with the cashier last September 7, 2019 was terrible she’s a bit rude , I was only trying to pay my propane exchange tank . Anyhow the store was located in Germantown, MD , I hope this woman will learn someday to value the customers .

  9. On 9.13.2019 I had one of the best and memorable customer service experiences ever while doing business at your Terry Mill Road store in Atlanta GA. The person assisting me was Yyemisi, id 1688896-168799. When I explained my problem of needing to switch out an item she answered that will not be a problem. She proceeded to work with another employee in the plumbing department to assist me change out the item and made certain that it was not broken like the one I was needing to return. She then got me a cart to put the vanity top in to take to my car. Upon getting home and putting the top on the vanity, I realized that I had gotten the wrong size and would need to return it. Upon entering the line to return the item she recognized me and when I told her that I had got the wrong size. She said said, ” No problem I am going to get this right for you” She proceeded with a cart to take me to the plumbing department and exchanged the item making certain that I had the correct item and size. Home Deport should be proud and grateful to have someone of her caliber working for them. It will be an experience that I will share with my friends as an example of customer service that exceeded my expectations when shopping at the Home Deport store on Tilly Mill Road, Atlanta. It was truly a privilege to have been the recipient of such exemplary customer service.

  10. I’m a retired woman who, rather than going to the gym, has taken up gardening. The effort and work of gardening does wonders for body, mind and spirit for me and those who admire the results of my effort. But, this is not about me; it’s about Elizabeth who works in the garden section at the Targee Street location in Staten Island. .. and does she know her stuff! This is the third year she has assisted with my personal selections and those for an organization with which I am affiliated. Elizabeth is courteous, patient, helpful and efficient. Elizabeth is the kind of employee who should be treasured. Home Depot is lucky yo have her.

  11. I went to the Succasunna NJ location. After picking what I thought would be a good item to repair my grandson’s Halloween Ninja sword, I walked passed Walt. He greeted me with a very happy smile. Walt said he knew something that would work better, and took me right there and even returned my original choice himself. Make sure you keep him. He saved Halloween for my grandson.

And Lauren Perelman in the same dept was helpful when picking up my floors asking her a tons of questions. I love ur store and won’t go anywhere else. I bought my storm doors there 3 years ago.
